Doha – Texas A&M University at Qatar s admissions process for the Fall 2013 semester will remain open through 1 March 2013. All prospective students and applicants interested in applying or finding out more about the University s engineering-focused programs may visit the Texas A&M at Qatar Engineering Building at the Education City campus and meet with the Office of Admissions to discuss application requirements and gain insight and assistance in the admissions process every Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 4pm.

so, I'm a 13 year old and i need a way to make money in Qatar, but don't know how. if I'm living in other countries I'd probably do many things like being a newspaper boy or selling lemonade, but i don't think many of those ideas are very acceptable in Qatar.so if you have any thing that someone in my age group could do, no matter what it is, please tell me. any contribution would be greatly appreciated.

I'm very excited and would love to know what you were prepared for and what you wish you knew sooner. I was also interested in what recreational activities do you like the best. World-renowned Calligraffiti artist, El Seed, is doing an amazing project in Salwa Road, Doha. I visited him today to have a look and chat about it - the underpass has already opened to traffic, so it was quite difficult to have a conversation with the artist!

The Katara Education Department's residency progamme, led by British artist Richard Deacon, opens Monday at 6pm at Katara Art Studios as reported by Qatar Chronicle.

This programme is part of the Katara Galleries current 'Encounter' exhibition, co-curated with UK's Royal Academy (RA).

Deacon, a RA artist and a Commander of the British Empire (CBE, 1999), will be orienting and guiding Qatari artists keen on improving their artistic practice and skills from today up to February 9, a Katara bulletin said.
