Tattooing is illegal in Qatar. If you do find someone, Make sure he/she is using brand new needles and make sure you take the needles with you after you are done. I looked around for 3 years and by the time I traced a guy he was deported for tattooing. I finally went back to my home country to get a tattoo done!! Answered on Mon, 03/11/2008 - 7:04pm
