Can anyone tell me what is the Legal procedure to start a new beauty saloon for ladies

Hi... May i know what procedure i have to further proceed to start a new beauty Saloon in Doha. I have the Qatari Sponsor to begin the buisness. only i am not aware of the legal procedure.

-choose and Apply for approval of the 'name'
-Apply for the C.R.
-Take your premises, Get municipality approvals
-Furnish and equip your premises
-Start
-I know a PRO who assist such matters (he will charge you approx. QR.2500/-) pls PM me if you need his service.
