hi there,
i will be very thankful if anyone can tell me which is the tea green good for skin, health, diet..i heard so much about green tea,,,does this green tea is the same we get here in Lipton with lemon and other flovours is that the same tea or any other,,please if u know the method of making pls that would also be great..regards

I have tried all the green tea here in Qatar, still I'm fat, nothings change, except it makes me cute. They only tell that to attract people, just like me. So dont believe all the promotions.
