In that area no... but I think the best mens saloon is in Matar Kadeem. Palace Saloon. Its run by Phillipine nationals. Its really good. a li'l expensive though - Qr25 for a haircut compared to the Qr12 outside. Answered on Mon, 03/11/2008 - 7:08pm

Next to Souq Waqif, in the Filipino Souq, there's a Filipino barber. I think they only open after 4:30PM, otherwise you can find alot of them in Matar Qadeem. Answered on Mon, 03/11/2008 - 7:25pm
