hi..if you have oily skin, you can try using alcohol swabs/pads to cleanse your face each night before sleeping..easily available in all pharmacies..i suggest you avoid creams and the like, since they further clog your pores..drink water, avoid sweets and work on detoxing your body from within..wash your pillows/covers regularly..pimples and blackheads appear for a reason and i feel quick fixes like creams and gels don't solve the root cause. Best of luck

I strongly suggest you refer to a specialist, more specifically a dermatologist. They will be able to assess the type of skin you have and guide you with a proper treatment and diet. There might be some foods that you'll be likely asked to avoid. Good luck
