If I having Braces(orthodondist) in India is here any chance to get continue the treatment in less expensive?

I had braces for my dental almost one year before in India.hence my upper teeth are bit outward I feel guilty or inferiority complex when I laugh among the people I heard its very expensive in Qatar to Dental Braces Therefore I need to have braces, but our medical does not cover all. I do not have the cash to pay up the difference. Is there another cheaper route? Or if I having Braces in India is here any chance to get continue the treatment in less expensive, really am very helpless because of I just started to work as a normal clerk in a project.So I would like to have good and useful information regarding cheapest Dental Braces cost.
