Changing of Car Ignition Cylinder

I have problem in my car ignition key. It is getting struck inside. For driving and all I dont have problem. However if I remove the key i am finding it difficult to re insert the key. Can anybody suggest me where I can find garage or workshop to change the car ignition cylinder alongwith new set of keys in Doha, Qatar.

if its a toyota ders a garage called dhakar in street 10
my friend once had a problem like this in his cruiser it costs 500 to change the whole set
