There is actually is machine for this, removes cigarette smells etc. It uses ozone to get rid of the smell, car detailers should have them.

I take my car to a car wash. They can remove any kind of smell (rotten fish or any thing. Just have to pay for it.
Or u can place ur car open in sun for a while, that will do it.

baking soda could work..it's cheap and easily available..you can get them at the supermarket..usually in the baking/cake stuff section. just pour it on the offending area and leave overnight...the next day all you need to do is vacuum it away...you could also leave a cup or bowl of baking soda in the car and leave it to soak up the odour.good luck...

I have just the answer under these circumstances, I find if you buy a new car it gets rid of the smell. Otherwise you will find no one wants a lift from you in the future. Because you have a good dose of crabs!

I take my car to AL Najd Washing Centre. They are located in Al-Aziziya close to Pizza Hut. Just follow the same road (move about 300 meters) and u will find a yellow big sign board AL NAJD. They normally charge Qr.150 for inside cleaning, your car will be like new i bet.
