How's is the perforamance of Hyundai Tucson

Hello friends !

Could you pls give me your valuable advice on purchasing a New Hyundai Tucson SUV 4X4 car.

1. How's the Car performance and after-sales-
service by the local dealers?
2. Can this vehicle fetch good re-sale value ( atleast
60 ~ 65 % )if want to sale after 3 years use ?

it does not have a good gear box, its more like driving a small car like lancer 1.3 ltr. if you go for 6 cyl its much better.
interior is ok, a/c not that effective.
i don't know about resale value and as far as spare parts are concerned average price but not that cheap and you don't get conterfiet parts for all.
the dealer offer a good service and if anything is not working and if it is under warranty they will replace for no charge.
doesn't require too much maintenance as far as i know
but the fact that it is hyundai i would advise you to be carefull.

to be fare for its price range it is a good buy.

Dealer is good and does the job right and in timely fashion.

Car is good but not a serious 4x4 so forget about taking off road more than a strip of beach.

Resale vale after 3 years is around 55% of new price. however, varies +/- 5% depending on milage and condition at the time of sale.

I will also second the advice of the V6. easier to re-sell and is much more drivable and the A/c works better on a V6.
Remember, no fuel concerns in this country... it is cheaper than water!

good luck; don't ask too much, go check it out and if you feel you can live with it for 3 years then go for it.

great truck to posses, my brother bought this last year and I have driven it few times, for its price it is very good truck and gives good service, spares are easily available and if u buy brand new doesn't need any spare for few years, good luck
