i want import a car from Dubai.plz tell me what's procedure in Qatar and registration cost etc

Once your car is in Qatar and your RP in place, take your car to Traffic Department at Madinat Khalifa. You will find some Sudanese guys around there who can help you with paper work etc. Carry something like QR700/- with you.
