anybody know's where i could get second hand installment cars without any fuss and too much procedures...my company is not issuing salary certificate too...i want to get a 4 x 4 vehicle with atleast 50 to 60 thousand worth.( should be on installment basis ) THANKS!!!

what do you mean "where I can get..?" there is no specific place for such things. All you can do is to constantly look over the advertisements until you find someone who wants to sell his/her car with the terms and conditions similar to ones you have described. Or to put your own advertisemement in QL Classified section or GulfTimes

I belive you need to ask a friend for that matter. No one in this world will give you car loan without salary certificate. How will they know if you are capable of paying?
