why do you think we have to answer this question? If you're not the designer of the site, I dont think you have the rights to ask or criticize the said site..

Its a public website used by 100s of people every day. My intention is to notify there are changes in that website and comment on that. For this I don't want to be the designer of this website.

If you have no opinions just shut up your mouth and get lost.

Each and every individual will have their own point of view and in a public forum there will be different types of answers for the question. Let them answer as per their outlook and you take only what looks a good answer for your question.
