you can use it, who will see you?
but selling card is dangerous.

someone said, for selling card one has to pay 10000qr and has to go to his own country for ever or one year prison.I am not sure about this.

so, use it secretly and enjoy cheapest and clear talking
to anywhere...

Qtel is NOT blocking any VoIP.. the only thing they stop is... illegal use of it... means you charge others money for using the VoIP.

Hey guys

Now we are on the Skype is illegal debate.
Some people say that if you only use it from skype to skype then it sok. But if you use it to call internatinlal numbers
E.g Skype > calling a USA landline then that is classed as illegal and that would get you in trouble?

There was 2 guys arrested in Dubai recently for using skypeto call international countries and have been putin jail for a year.

Is there anything on the Qtel website specifically saying the Do's and Don't for their network.
E.g Do not use skype, and if so , stating the penalities.?

I got it wrong sorry, Its 2 guys arrested in Qatar, for using Skype to make a phone call to an international number.The article is on gulf times
