VOIP with lowest rate

VOIP with lowest rate

Hey guys, I just wanna know what VOIP service are you using? And which among them has the lowest rate per minute and yet has a good quality of voice transmission? I wanna use Vbuzzer or skype but they both cost lil’ bit high when I have searched it from the net.

try using Action Voip, it is free to call U.K. which I believe u would like to call most
