What can we do for a laptop that has a forgotten password is there any shop here for that?

Is there a shop here who can open the laptop password bcoz my son forgot his password on his laptop...need some help ...thanks a lot...

just reinstall your windows
if you go to a repair shop they might take 80 or 90 QR

hi tnx for your answer but how can we reinstall if we cannot open it with right password ? sorry i dont know about laptop...i want to know how to retrieve a forgotten password ...

i can help you to recover password without re installing windows it will take 3-10 mins..... inbox me... i will reply...

try going to bios setup to remove the password.

don't re-install the windows otherwise you'll lose your files (photos, videos etc..)
