Dear, every area in Jeddah you can find some small offices who deal with house rent. You cannot rent a house without them as you have to sign a contract with owner which needs to attested by those office. Just go to any office & ask them the availability of any house. If any house available with them they will show you. If you like then they will call owner to sign contract. That's all. House rent is very very cheap in jeddah compare to Qatar.
