After finishing RP When can I come back to Qatar if I leave

If you mean how long can you stay out for before you must return or lose your visa, it's 6 months. If you mean you will leave your job and cancel your visa then it is 2 years. Even if your current sponsor will give you the NOC the labour dept are insisting no visa transfers with the first 2 years - unless under special circumstances.

Correction...
If you have an NOC from the existing sponsor and you get a job before you visa cancellation. you can get the new sponorship from the new employer and you dont need to go out of Qatar.

but if you dont have an NOC, then you definitely have to leave Qatar for 2 years.
