Try heading down to country side... But if u hav plans to settled down here in Qatar itself... Then i guess, u mite have to just get a farm done-up away frm the busy city life so that u can have all the quiteness and relaxation u need...

If I am already retired from my job, i would go to Philippines. Philippines is a very quiet place specially if you are staying in the province. I myself spent my childhood life in the province of Philippines. In the morning, I would be waken up by the sound of the chickens. I would easily feel that cold air rushing in my windows. I would here the voices of happy children playing. I would here the birds chirping merrily on their safe nests. I would be really thankful if I could go back to my country after retiring to my job. And speaking of retiring, I think I should plan for it for now, cause I am still a student. But here's for sure. I would enjoy my retired life in the province, together with the nature, sitting on a rocking chair, reading the newspaper at the moment I woke up, with a cup of coffee beside me, and my grandsons and granddaughters playing together happy!
