looking for 3 bed apart/villa in a good area ?

I migth be moving there soon and I would like to know what you think is a good area to live in and what are the prices of rent of a 3 bedroom.

If you are a single woman you would want to live in a more upscale neighborhood simply because the less expensive areas are 100 to 1 male to female and you could be uncomfortable. The apartments in West Bay, for example, could run 15,000 and up. Villas would be more.

I am actually newly married. We are looking for a new construction, but we are hoping not to pay more then 10,000 a month. where can we find this kind of apartment. Is it impossible to find in west bay a price like that?
