Need a Suggestion from you

Well I just need a suggesiton from you all QL... a freind of mine (not really a close one) but a good freind, he seems to have some troubles financially.

He asked to borrow from me 15,000 QR since he has some obligations that he couldn't pay to the banks. He's in trouble becasue the banks need their money and threatening him.

Well I put him down,(not intentionally) I mean but because I'm going for vacaction and i can't give him that amount now.I feel sorry for the guy since all his freinds put him down but anyway I can't lend him.
I know that I will receive sarcastic answers and silly responses, but what do you suggest he might do?

Can anyone help him? (I mean stupuid me to ask such question, I just need your suggestion!!!! )

Tell him to go
to the bank and discuss the situation. He should attempt to make a plan with a financial advisor to pay x amount each month on his loan. If you try to work with the bank, often they are willing to help you. You just have to ask.

lol! it's all abt u & ur friend!!!
so do u think is anyone from QL will come unto u & give u the money he needs?
"do not get any loan from anywhere, if u got a doubt abt ur repay"

It is better to say no and loose the freind then saying yes and following up the money with him , In first case he may come back to you and in other case freindship will be finish definately , Its my personal experience ...

Or much better is to go to the bank and try to settle the problem according to what the both parties might agreed. The first one answer is right or if not possible explain to him also that you cannot help him as well financially due to your situation- you are for vacation. I hope he can understand as well and yet the friendship will not be compromise. As as long he see you that you have symphaty over his problem that is better.
