How could this be? Does anyone of you prove this as real and legitimate?

How could this be? Does anyone of you prove this as real and legitimate?

Somebody just called me 5 days ago using Unknown No. and introduce herself as representative from Australia Institute of Immigration, and ask me some personal questions and told me that all of these infos are necessary to be qualified in Australia Visa application,,,and its flattering when she told me that I am qualified as how I communicate and as a degree holder. and then she briefly discussed that their organization will issue visa after 3 months prior to my application, and once i will have my visa, they will assist me to find for a living in Australia..and so i asked, and what can I do to your organization once I will be lucky and how can I track down my application? and she told me that i need to pay them EURO 124.00 so they will be able to send me my Username and password for me to access their website. she asked if I have Credit card or debit card and I said I only have Debit Card but I prefer to pay through telex transfer so I asked for their Co. Bank Accnt No., but she refused to tell me, suddenly, she asked me to read to her the nos. in my Card, so i did tell her my scrambled Card Nos., she asked to hold on for my Accounts verification, after few minutes-- she speaks and told me that there's no enough balance in my Account to pay. She told me that she'll call back after 3 days to take my permission for the payment, so she did call me but i refuse to give any account no. as I doubt, I told her to call me back after few days so i will find somebody who lend me Credit card, and she told me that she will put my name on the VIP list but I need to pay down payment at least EUR39.00, she tried again to check the number that I gave to her previously, and! oh lalalh!/-a-t-/-no enough money in my Account! I asked her Direct Phone Number so i can call her once I have money in the bank, but she reasoned out that they don't allow applicants to spend calling them.. again she call me this morning and my colleague talked to her, he requested her to send the details via email, and this is what I got:

Absolutely a scam leading to a potential financial fraud. They need your credit card to steal your money. Thanks to your details, they will be able to reproduce a card and generate card non present payments. Report this to the authority, so we can trace them back.
For your knowledge please refer to www.qcert.org, these are a fantastic group of experts coming from various places of the world in cybersecurity...and working here in Qatar!!

To be blunt, you're an idiot if you get a phone call out of the blue asking for your personal financial data AND you give it.

Sorry, but this is what con men count on. The "aren't I so special everyone in Australia (or any other country) knows about me!"

That is not real! First of all, do you really think that just like that you get a call and that person asks a few questions (which you shouldn't even anwer, because you don't know whos calling) and then she decides you're a good candidate for living and working in Australia?
Second, whoever calls you and asks for credit card numbers, it is very likely to be a fraud. NEVER (and you see it everywhere) GIVE CREDIT CARD NUMBERS TO ANYONE!
How old are you anyhow?

I hope you don't do this anymore... If she doesn't give you a telephone number, an address, or any detailed information, then it IS a scam.

Be aware, always aware, because out there there's a lot of people out there ready to take advantage on people with good will!

I want to know if this program they are talking about is true or not. Do you confirm its legality and approve it or it is just a big fat fake!!!
They called from the internet (No number appeared on the caller ID) and ask for some privet information then they asked for my credit card numbers to finish my application. I really would like to know the truth from you. Please excuse my weak English writing.
Hope to hear from you soon :D
My Best Regards
Ahmed

Mr Ahmed

I regret to advise you that the concerned organisation is not registered as lawful migration agents and while it is not mandatory if they are operating overseas, the persons concerned are seeking to take advantage of you. This is not a genuine migration agent and has no affiliation with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. This is a fraudulent organisation.

I strongly advise you to have no further contact with these persons or organisation.

99.9% of these are fake, and the "VIP" service for an extra cost puts it well over 100%.

Out of curiosity, what kind of email address did they send their email from, a legtimate government address or some hotmail, yahoo, etc free account?
