I got money problem to pay my car bank loan. What kind of action will be take from Court, if bank complain??

I got money problem during four months. I take car form bank loan.
I don't have job at the time being. Now bank send my file to Court. What kind of action can be take to me from the Court???

I think there is a consideration, if you lose a job that's why you were not able to pay your installment, i think they will give you a consideration to pay it or resume the payment till you find another job. I met someone just yesterday, one of our customers and told me that his account was frozen, bec. he dont have a work for few months and now he had a salary, he deposited a cheque fr. his new job..

Make a promise to resume paying soon you got a new job and try to find someone to take over the car loan,,,
by the way, what car is it? I might be interested.

Ask anyone to take over your car loan... though u will lost some amount but that is the reality here.

yup, jail then deportation. for you o get out of the mess, better look for someone to take over your car loan, and continue the payment.

Put the vehicle up for sale on QL :-/ and pay off the loan.

You can ask the bank to know, what are the policies rather than asking advice from others.You can do your part by asking somebody to continue the loan without asking any amount to solve your problem.

transfer the car loan to someone else without asking money.. does your loan have a credit shield? get a lawyer also.. talk to the bank..
