IF YOU MEAN THAT YOU WILL MARRY IN PHIL EMBASSY HER IN QATAR THAT NOT ALLOW COZ THE PHIL EMBASSY IN QATAR NOT MAKING A WIDDING BETWEEN PHILIPINA AND FOREIGNER SO IF BOTH OF YOU HAVING ALL THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS YOU CAN MARRY IN PHILL VERY EASY, BEST REGARDS

No, only when the couple (male and female) are from Phlippine (..)but u can confirm it after in ur embassy

Hi..Congrtulation ahead
I'am syrian and married from a philippina in philippines ... yes u can... as i did but bcoz i had got married long time back and wat i still remmember as the most important documents that he need's a good charecter certeficate (non convicted certificate) translated and authenticated, and civil record, beside if he's a christian he needs 1 letter proves that he's single or has no bound back home we call it ( MutlaQ Hal )(translted to english and authenticated from syrian foreign affairs ).
all other than these documents he can get them from the syrian Consolate office located at the lebration tower in manila
anyhow all in all ..you can..
Just check again from the ambassy about farther documents
if theres any additional docs it might be required to be furnished lately...

if u can get married in philippine u can get married on the moon.
perhaps earler i missed the point that u r asking to get married in philippine but don't worry ..u can..
