Ramadan Timing for Non Muslim staff

Dear all, what is your opinion during Holy ramadan, if the companies insisting to work more than 6 hours without Overtime for their non muslim staff?

It is illegal, lodge a complain to management for unjust practise, and show them to the copy of labor laws.....if possible

legally it's 6 h/day (36 h/week)
either you work these extra hours, or u take legal action (complain to labour departement, human rights office,...)!
in between :
- ask for overtime pay
- take a day off for those overtime hours (36h/week)
- complain to ur boss again and again.
- just send a note informing them that u will work like ur fellow muslims.

Article 73
The maximum ordinary working hours shall be fourty eight hours per week at the rate of eight hours per day with the exception of the month of Ramadan when the
maximum working hours shall be thirty six hours per month at the rate of six hours per day.
