When is the first day of eid al adha starting this year?

It would probably begin on 27th November to 30th.

Inshallah On 27 Nov. 2009. Atually it always falls on 10th of Dhul Hijja (Means; On 10th day from moon appearence in the month Dhul Hijja).

10th of Dulhaj could be on 27th or 28th of November depending on the sight of the moon. If the month is starting on 18th November Eid will be on 27th and if the month is starting on 19th then the Eid will be on 28th (both are possible).
