HOW CAN WE CATCH RUDE AND DELINQUENT KIDS IN DOHA

ME AND MY FRIEND HAVE EXPERIENCED BEING SLAPPED ON BUTT BY A MALE KID(SUDANI OR SOMALI NATIONAL)
THESE KIDS ARE BLACK WITH CURLY HAIR. ONE AFTERNOON WE WERE WALKING FROM OFFICE IN MATAR QADEEM AND SOMEBODY JUST HIT ME ON MY BUTT. I WAS SHOCKED AND VERY ANGRY I FOLLOWED THEM BUT THEY HIDE.WE SEARCH AROUND THE AREA BUT WE DIDNT FIND THEM.
YESTERDAY MY FRIEND WAS WALKING ALONE AND THE CHILD DID THE SAME THING AND RAN AFTER.WE SEARCHED BUT THEY AGAIN HIDE. CAN ANYONE ADVISE ME FOR BEST WAY TO CATCH THEM.
ANYBODY CAN HELP US MAKE A DISCIPLINARY ACTION ON THIS KIDS?
IF I WILL ENCOUNTER THEM AGAIN AND THEY DO SAME THING, WILL I BE PUNISH IF I WILL SLAP THEM BACK OR HURT THEM TOO?

There is Black Police 4x4 you will find everywhere in Doha , There service is called Fazaa ( I am not sure ) Basically they are for public protection , When ever you see that vehicle just explain to officers , Hopefully they will keep vigil in that area and things will be sorted out

keep a camera handy and something in the other hand to whack them with like an umbrella

"A MALE KID(SUDANI OR SOMALI NATIONAL)".......may i ask you if you have checked their passport or that you are just being racist and baseless??? whatever it is i think you will have to just defend yourself or be more aware of your surroundings.......& hitting a child whether he is black or white or whatever with an umbrella or stick on his head is nothing but illogical

very simple. carry a GPS homing tag with you at all times. once they hit you, quickly (but unnoticeably) adhere the tag on their body and let them escape. Later get the army lined up and instruct them to capture the person carrying the tag on their body. you can use the satellite tracking device readily available to US Navi. Once the enemy is neutralized you can be sure to walk on the streets of doha. good luck!

To everyone who answered me nicely thank you so much I appreciate it.

To you STEALTH, just dont answer a question in this site if you dont have any good one. Dont be so rude in answering questions. Kids do run so fast and hide elsewhere, so how can we find them?

In QL, we send queries for good answers from nice people not for Rude ones from rude people.

If they are very small kids, then they are like in this vedeo only:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IALJXP8LaS4&feature=related.
However, snap them with your mobile camera and upload in the computer and get a printout and complain to police. and they will resolve the issues. It is not a constructive idea to react directly to the kids, even if they are naughty towards anyone., sometimes, it may be treated as offence. coz security and safety and its measure are responsibility of internal security affairs.

Just be careful if you use dimtorch's method. just don't be standing too close to the target. The US military is going to be using one of their Smart laser guided missiles that incinerates everything in the vicinity.

On a more serious note, go to the Capital Police station that is located near Crazy Signals and seek their advice. Do not strike the kids or do something on an impulse.
