There are many ways to make salad...the basic method is to mix it with little lemon juice, salt and crushed black pepper and top it on the salad...

It depends on the quantity of vegetables used for the salad... Use it sparingly because it has a strong good taste.

The combination of olive oil, lemon juice and smashed fresh garlic with a bit of salt is the best dressing.

Here's a great recipe for a basic olive oil and vinegar salad dressing. This is just the basis from which to begin. If you like plain olive oil and vinegar, then by all means, this is a great dressing for you.

You'll be surprised at the variety. Or you can experiment a little yourself with flavors that you think would be extremely good with oil, vinegar, and your salad. As long as the end result is you happily eating a salad that tastes great, then that's all that matters.

For this basic recipe, you'll need 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar (balsamic, red wine, or white wine variety, as taste dictates), 3 tablespoons of italian extra virgin olive oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Put all the ingredients together in a small jar and shake, or in a bowl and use a whisk. Salt and pepper should be added based on individual tastes.
