Inquiry about customs clearance

Currently, we plan to build a warehouse and office building in Industry Area(30,000square meter), and there are more than 100 truck of cargo comming in the near future. So, i need you to quote us a competitive price for import customs clearance of land transport.There are some questions listed below:
1. we don't have a single window at the moment, could you help us to register and how much should i pay to you?
2. Please send me the import procedure by land from UAE, and import procedure by sea from China.
3.What kinds of document should i prepare to you when doing the customs clearance?
4.Please send me your best official quotation including custom clearance, inspection, document charges, B/L exchange(if there is), truck for transport to the site, labor charges for discharging the cargo as well as others if it may have.
5.Can you help us to apply for the tax exemption, is it any documents that we have to prepare for applying this?
6.Please send me your company profile and let me konw if you also have branch in UAE.

For the cargo, we mainly import building materials and equipments from UAE by land, but in the future ,we will also import from China.So,please do reply in details. If necessary, we may have an appontment to discuss more by seat.
