Regarding Article 61
Regarding Article 61
As per article 61, the employer may dismiss the worker without notice and without payment of the end service gratuity with that 10 instances.(see Qatar Labour Law)
My question is, if the employee was dismiss with this Article 61, should the company shoulder his return ticket? Please enlighten me.
