URGENT: COMPLAIN against HUMAN RIGHTS of VELOSI CERTIFICATION LLC

Velosi Certification company is harassing my friend. Should my friend must complain to the National Human Rights Commission or to the Ministry of Interior. Velosi is threatening my friend that velosi will ruin his life because he resigned to his work. My friend was assigned in one of the big project of velosi but my friend resigned because of personal health reasons.

VELOSI SHOULD BE BAN BY THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BECAUSE OF THEIR ANIMALISTIC ACTS. IT IS AGAINST THE LABOR LAW TO CONFISCATE THE PASSPORTS OF THE EMPLOYEES BUT VELOSI IS CONFISCATING THE PASSPORTS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE ALSO THREATHENING THEIR EMPLOYEES AND VELOSI ARE NOT GIVING THE RIGHT BENEFITS ALSO.

No better option than the Labour Court.

However, Velosi is an International Certification company & its hard to believe they comeup with such act. It might be just a word or conversation from a person & not from Management. Unless, you posses a letter/fax or anything in writing that threatens your friend, you shouldn't think it is the management decision. It could be just a personal grudge.

every_mothers_ : MOI will direct him to the labour court. Also there is National Human Rights commission here, but the process is again too slow. I don't say Labour Court is fast too. :D

ministry of interior is a better option .......im not sure if there is a National human rights commission here even if there is i dont think they will involve in such case where u are fighting for some rights against the company.

the best is to go for an emergency leave for 7 days and do not come back. this is the easiest way but certainly you will have to loose some of the service benifites in this

only labor court will help (IF UR FRIEND IS RIGHT). its a very effective way of getting ur "rights."
