Foul and Falafel

Foul and Falafel

I went to Petra. This fastfood chain in Doha that you see in many places. Ordered a "Falafel sandwich" and "Foul Sandwich". Not a bad snack as far as the idea is concerned. But I am surprised why they put the warm Falafel or warm Foul inside a cold Khubz(Bread). It spoils the taste. Is this the way these are traditionally served or is it the fault of the Petra employees?

The name is. I don’t know really about the owner or if it’s even a chain in Jordan. Man food business is the best. People will always eat. What about that foul and something restaurant near Creapaway is it any good?

you know guys i just remembered. try falafel in jabal lebanon at the end of al nasir street it's nice, they make good shawerma too.Anddd the bread is hot.Takeaway too in al sad street also good.

Surely it is a fault.
The bread must be also hot.
In some resturant the bread is hand made.... sure it is fresh & very hot.
