Where can I find a place to make a custom cake?

Hey Guys,

My sisters birthday is coming up and I want to make a custom cake birthday cake for her that has a Louis Bag just like the one I am going to gift her as she is a LV maniac. Can someone tell me a place where I can get this done?

Please don't tell me Opera, or someother place that only sells plane boring cakes I want someone who does this for fun!
