Best Choices are:

Asian Traditional (near TV Round about)
Little Manila (Near POLO and at the back of HMC)
Amwaj (Najma, Al Saad and Azizia Areas)
Rotana (near Jaidah Fly Over)
Sun and Moon (Al Saad area)
