help help help ...meaningful needs ur help plz

Ladies and Gentleman.... someone hit my car and run while i was at home , i came out and found the front side of my car (bumber) is brocken! it really pist me off ...

my car is full insured , the question is: if i go to police and get the report will the insurance company repair it? or they will say its my responsibility bcz a person who bang my car should pay for repair?

plz repply me if you know anything about this issue.

UNFORTUNATELY THAT HAS HAPPENED FOR ME.MY CAR WAS NOT FULLY INSURED.I CALLED POLICE BUT THEY ASKED ME TO COME TO P.S. I WENT THEIR, FIRST OF ALL POLCIA,BLAMED ME, THAT I HD HIT THE CAR MYSELF. I WENT TO THE HEAD, HE WAS ALSO TRYING TO CONVINCE ME THAT THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF THE CARS IN TOWN,IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO RUN BEHIND ALL THE CARS FOR THE NOMINAL INVESTIGATION FEE OF QR-100.
THEY DID UTMOST FAVOUR AND REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AND GAVE ME TIME OF TWO WEEKS,THAT IF SOME COMES WE WILL CALL U. BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I TOOK THE REPAIR LETTER AND WENT FOR REPAIR IT COST ME QR-1200 FOR NOTHING.ALLH WILL TAKE CARE OF THAT PERSON.FOR FULL INSURENCE CARS U HAVE TO PAY FIRST QR-500 THE REST WILL INS.CO. WILL PAY REGARDLESS OF UR FAULT OR OTHERWISE.

Hi Meaningful.
Just chill and find someone you trust like your friend, brother or cousin.
Then call people from maroor. once the policeman arrives. Tell him your friend's car hit yours when he came to visit your place.
Make sure his car is fully insured too and parked outside your place and if needed little dented ;)

read the insurace policy - "full insurance" nothing to pay whatever reasons.

As far as I know you just have to pay minimum amount written on your policy according to your agreement for full insurance. So first of all check your policy and check the written amount for the minimum damage amount (mostly according to the insurance value of your car its supposed to be 500,750 or 1000 QAR). And instead of wasting your time here you can call directly your insurance company and ask a professional.

Hope it wont cost you too much buddy.

you should go to nearst police station and tell them the same, they will check your car and ask you the location to make you paper, you have to pay 12 riyal only to get 2 stamp on it, and if your car is fully insured then nothing to worry you will get your car repaired foc

Go to police station.
Pay Qr.12 for the stamp.
Get the police report.
Go to your insurance company.

It doesn't matter if it is your fault or not. You have full insurance.

u have to pay QR1000 to the insurance company if it is full insured....
if damage costing more than QR1000 thn u should go to the insurance otherwise direct go to garage and repair ur car ur self...

Thank you very much to everyone, diferent repplies some say i will pay some say not! i really dont know what to do but anyway i will have to sort it out. talking about calling the insurance company????where do you live my friend Qatar? or outside...dont you know all companies in Qatar if you call they dont answer and if they answer they will transfer you to the right department again it will ring for about 5minutes then disconnect or someone will answer and say oh sorry this is not the right department let me transfer u....and after transfering you to the third person he will pick the phone and hang it on ur face! im so so so pistoff i even try to ask where is their office bcz when i bought my car insurance was free from honda this is the first year so i even dont know where is their office ..i try calling now atleast to ask where is their office so i can go but no answer i called 5times ............BAD SERVICE EVERYWHERE BCZ OF RECRUITING CHEAP LABOUR
