I use TomTom Middleeast,
its around 80 pounds but really great.

Im using ''Sygic Maps'' app. on my samsung galaxy S2 but its an android app. I dont know its available on IOS or not but its a fantastic app.
Navigation with voice is so clear and accurate in 3d that im amazed ...
