need serious answer

if person A is driving a car and Person B came from behind to infront of Person A and applies brack with the intention of accident , and Person A given him horn and light. then who is on mistake. And what is the panalty.

Second thing if person a make falls complain to police that person A is not giving horn to person B and police is asking person A to lock the car in police station the what is the law what to do. Because there is no case registed yet on call from traffic department to person A.

Its person A's fault. He must be either too slow or he dont know how to drive. And thats why person B became angry and tried to quench his anger by making the person A stop or slow down by braking infront of him and make him(person A) realize that u r an ******. As far as law, no accident no penalty. But if an officer saw person B doing such an act, he might get into trouble.

That's so not fair to say that's the mistake of A. Since it is obviously the evil doing of the B!

Why can motorist pay respect to each other and try to make the road save for every one.

I really hate those drivers who thinking the roads are belong to them which means they can do whatever they want.

People have different capability, some could drive slow may be his car is too old to speed like those expensive cars like the one belong to B.

But God dammit! how could someone did such an evil thing to cause others in accident ???
