New car plates/More than 2 months/no SMS/what 2 do?

Hi i register my car more than 2 months ago, and till now i got no sms from mourour to get the new plates.Is that normal?should i check with them?
Should i register to mitrash?

GO there, your plates must be ready and waiting for you.

I did not receive the SMS as well, but plates were ready.

I went yesterday to duhail(since they move from maamoura) but they told me not yet.
