Shipping a Vehicle to Qatar..Can it be upgraded to Gulf Specs?

Gulf Specs????????!!!!!! If you're coming from the states you already know that the cars there are alot safer than the cars here. Most cars here don't have bumpers or brakelights. It will already be up to "Gulf Specs" Someone mentioned a age limit on cars imported here. I don't know what it is but you should be able to call the transportation dept and find out.
