see if u r going to stay in qatar for the entrie course then it good...If Not then don't Invest to much...Better at admission in India and go for the test every Sixth Month as....Fees in Qatar for Ignou course is to high ....and India Ignou Centres Doesn't Expect Qatari Ignou course Modules One has to start from the strach there....I don't Why...It was Total Illogical...But it its True...
