Try Fanar. It's free and they teach well. Except make sure u join a new batch instead of an existing one.

fanar. U have to pay 300QR for the books which u use across the three months period. I think its worth it coz u get to keep the books anyway.

Its at the islamic cultural center around the souqs and bank area. Good teachers.
