Setting up an institution in Qatar

A friend of mine from US has been wanting to start an education center in Qatar. Anyone out there with bright ideas?

Hi, what exactly your friend needs to start here, if he is looking for Sponsership and local assistance for setting up their activities can be provided.

They need to have a local Sponseror to start anything.
