Anyone ever bought a phone from the classifieds (not located in Qatar)

Anyone ever bought a phone from one of those phone sales specialists in the classifieds? I saw a phone I am interested in but I am wary about buying from someone who isn't located here in the country. Any experiences? Advice?

Dont there frauds.
There actully nigerians.
and there friend/family r in uk
then they giv you there broz home adress and whn they get the money the mess about and dont giv u the product
ive TRIED IT!
IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE.

its an old nigerian scam i advice you stay away from them and just buy from peole located in qatar only so you can both meet in person

The prices out of my experience are more or less same approximately all over the region and beyond of any electronic product you chose....

The prices for the mobiles n video games and etc suggested in these overseas add are a CONCERN as they look very cheap....so i would think thousand times before i go for it.

BEST is to buy local used or new and you are sure of your investment..... TC

My advice is just go to the souq. They have phones that range anywhere from 100 QR TO 2500 Qr. It just depends on your taste and what style of phone you want.
