How can I sale this new technology

I am from India. Working here in Qatar, I have a new technology for control bomb from anywhere in world. (Not bomb technology, only electronic control technology) I think this is very good for defense use.

You need not contact the Pentagon. Uncle Sam will contact you. Your keyword "bomb" would have filtered this question for further investigation by the NSA.

Go to Souq Hiraj and 2nd shop on your left ..
They will buy your technology.

Last week i sold my old washing machine motor in same shop.
