How to get Vodafone PUK code?

I have a vodafone sim card which got locked because i entered the sim pin wrong. I contacted Voda Customer Care and gave all the details the lady on the call required. She said she was not able to trace my number in the account.
* I had a sim swap i think about 6-8 months ago.

Hello friend
you can call customer care in that option we can find a option to get the puk code or you can talk to a customer care person. and i guess you have to call from the same number which PUK is asking..

your sim will be blocked more than 3 times using wrong code. its better to do buy a dupilicate sim for same a number
