Your portable hard disk can be repaired at Sofitel Complex 1st Floor. Shop name Brilliant Computer. Check for Naseeba. He is the technician. and for your multi-media. near Arab Bank R/A..besides Pakistan Sweets there is two three electronics repairing shops.

The harddisk inside your media player is already damaged but it can be replaced by a new harddisk.

Try to back-up first important files in your hard disk as it could be completely corrupted or inaccessible soon and you'll be having difficulty recovering files. After that you can confidently send it to repair shop.
