any help pls
I am recently moved in to a flat in madina khalifa south. extremely surprised that the whole area is in dark at nights(no street lights at all) when asked it was replied that it is common in qatar at some places. any one knows what is the reason & any help where to complain?

Not sure if you can complain about it as it is really a common issue here, my entire area is just like that and people got their own lights in front of their houses. Why don't you ask the Landlord or the people around? Answered on Sun, 06/07/2008 - 12:15am

Even in my area (Najma) also it is very dark only. Below our building also there are no lights. I think it is a very common affair in Qatar. Only Government should take action or your landlord can take action. Answered on Sun, 06/07/2008 - 11:07am
