mmmmmm i m nt sure but if he hav qatari passport thn u can get married easily.
for sure i will let u knw by tomorrow tht brazilian can get married wid pakistani or nt.

First of think u should be a Muslim.
Bec Non Muslims not get a married With Muslims.
If her parents give the permission for married with u and ur parents also agree for this.
Then u marriage
