if you have the passport copy , just check in the Qatar Visa page , there will be QID number , just send me , and i ll let you konw , eather he here or out of country , if he left qatar then where he fly from here..
its easy , but let me know why you want to know all about him ,if you have any stronge reason for that , i am ready help you ,
btw where u located now ,
