If you are asking if the wife is sponsoring the husband (and that is restricted to a very view situations/circumstances) the answer is no. While a husband can sponsor the wife and she can work without company sponsorship, it doesn't work that way the other way around. If he wants to work, he must get sponsorship from the company.
